mp3+g where from

Hi all,
anybody know of up to date 2011 places to get free, totally free
mp3+g or cd+g. i no a lot of place been recently shut down and cannot seem to find any good sites thats trustworthy. i dont want to be joining then finding out there no good.
any info will be appreciated. thanks jud

all can be found on most NZB sites but you need a download server to get them downloaded, ive heard if your on virgin cable you can download with there server, but all the karaoke is out there right up to SF309

i must be thick nzb is that newzbin and sf309 wats this.
is there any good free servers

newzbin is a download server and SF stands for Sunfly and 309 is the latest disk.

altbinz is free software for downloading but you still need a server like astraweb and unfortunatly they are not free,but whats free these days.
