A nother question

My Dreambox does not have contact with the PC.when conect it says cant find any comport.

Thank you for the prompt reply,none of them,USB from the pc to Dreambox mini USB "Dreambox 500 HD"

I think the mini usb conact in dreambox does not work "no cotact with the pc" a message appears in Dreamup program ( can not find a comport)


PS-for 4 monthes ago I have left the dreambox for updating problem,the seller fixed the problem,after that,the Dreambox does not have contact with the computer.
