edision piccollino & tivusat

Hi Guys,
edision dec is able to see the Tvsat card but no channel visible;
from the info panel the id card is visible then the card is recognized;
anyway the following message is provided :
missing rsakey.

This is the reason for no visible channel;

anyone have suggestion on what to do?
