Canal Digital Nordic replaced Conax card not working?

Few days ago old Canal Digital Nordic (DK) card did not open the channels anymore. Operator sent new card and new HD receiver. The new card does not work on the DM500HD with same settings than old card. Tested with NewCS and also with Oscam version 1.20-unstable_svn, build r11230. With Oscam I can see only ATR fail messages. Is this something new or known issue?

Bad news as the old card stopped working even it seemed to have subscription up the end of the month. Are there any workarounds to get new card working?

Maybe you could share a secret how to get it working?
I heard rumor that custom oscam has been made for this, but where to get that.
