IP Radio Channels on 30°W

I've seen some radio stations listed on 30°W on Flysat, e.g. -

12518H 1125 2/3 DVB-S2 QPSK

These stations seem to be IP streams though as Flysat shows a multicast address next to each station (e.g. Los 40 - 229.0.0.2).

I can lock the transponders fine but I don't receive audio, does anybody know how to listen to these IP stations?
