ERT channels at 3.1E using BISS?

Apologies if I have posted this in the incorrect section.

I have been trying to unscramble the ERT channels at 3.1E but with no joy. I have the BISS key which apparently is valid but I cannot find any information for CAID & ProvID.

Has anyone managed to get these to clear? I'm using an Openbox V8S and have been entering the details in by manually editing constant.cw

I'd love to know what I'm doing wrong - it could be that I'm just entering things in the wrong place, or possibly the wrong keys entirely!
