4:2:2 What Receivers?

I use a dvbsky s952 card and it works well with dvb dream software for 422 feeds. Most people here seem to use TBS cards.

You have to have to make sure your computer is powerful enough for 422 feed - a quad core processor and 4 gb of ram, plus an nvidia card with at least 2 gb onboard ram. An ssd drive is also useful.

Buy a TBS update DVB card, use DVBdream or ProgDVB with vplugin and enjoy watching 4 2 2; Note that you need a codec for decoding 4 2 2 format, so you can use LAV filters video decoder.

I use a patch cable from dreambox to laptop streams 50 Mbps hd 4:2:2 no worries

There are no feeds in 4k, right?
But if so, what gpu would do 50 or 60fps?

Not 422 as you can see. My budget CHUWI Mini PC with x5-Z8350 CPU & older Intel Quicksync video acceleration manages what looks like 2-3fps on that, but it handles H264 1920x1080 422 much better.

using 980TI+TBS5925USB , can open 4K 10bit 60ftb channel, but can't open 4:2:2 channel on 100.5E

Yes, there are 4K UHD feeds in 4:2:2.
The problem is not the sat-receiver.
In order to watch 4K UHD 4:2:2 you need a stronk GPU to convert 4K UHD 4:2:2 feed into 4:2:0.

No. 4K TVs with internal tuners; 4; 2; 2 video can not decode.

4;2;2 chroma sampling; can only be decoded with industrial products.

yes I know, but I think you misunderstood my question

let's explain ;

i am doing on device local streaming with software based re-encode, but my device (vu+duo2) processor insufficient and re-encoding = 1fps
If the re-encoding is 25fps, it can be viewed on the e2device without the need of pc.
That's why I wanted to know how powerful the processor is.
otherwise I will need to buy a device to learn it (eg. vu+ ultimo4k)
