I bought this receiver, picture below, and wonder if it is an Octagon clone?!
Its model is Drake 5500 HD. It looks identical to Skygate HD, which AFAIK is an Octagon clone. If it is, how can I change its firmware? It drops satellite signal a lot and their website doesnt offer much support. Please help me out! Hopefully, let me know what programs should I use and how please.
