Is process same to configure powerVu for other E2 image like OpenATV, Pbnigma, Openspa running on wetek play?

The same steps need to be taken mentioned in first post for other E2 images or something else needs to be done.

Thanks for help but in other post, I am using constant.cw in Pbnigma image as helped by you. So if keys are in softcam.key and not in constant.cw. Will it work? Or I need to enter it in constant.cw as well.

Is there any way, Oscam emu only works with softcam.key and not from both files so I need to update only softcam.key file every time.

Plus even for wetek play box running E2 image, do I need to select dreambox under box type and write same "dreambox" as mentioned by you in oscam.config file

Hi,

I followed the steps for post 259 and 260 of below post and it goes back to old position. Now channel is not working again.

I think it is due to some streaming setting or box type, not sure about it

I also managed to change steam type by using dreambox edit but some how based on softcam key, powerVu channels are not working

Indeed. I also use constant.cw and emulator together.

constant.cw for BISS keys and emulator for the rest.

Notes:
- I left out some lines which are not relevant to others (I guess).
- Left out caid 0604 (BulSatcom) because I cannot receive 39E and it conflicts with another provider with caid 0604.
- If only PowerVu is what you want from SoftCam.Key, you can also simplify the reader settings for the emulator to this:

And check if you have your restream-settings of the desired channel set right in your receiver.
If you want to use au (which I can highly recommend), you also need to make sure your user is sending EMM's to the emulator. But first try to get at least one channel open (if you have the right key) and go on from there...

I have the same Octagon SF4008 receiver. I am familiar with Oscam but interested in IS-19 166.0E C-Band PowerVu Channels. Can someone help out with Oscam files that work as I'm sending an image to an aged friend (Not technical) who has the large C-Band dish. I only have Ku Band here where I live. Thanks
