saorsat problem

I've a 1m dish on 9e with ka band lnb for saorsat and offset lnb for 28e linked to a diseqc switch and a humax foxsat HD receiver,all working perfectly until RTE channels disappeared, 28e channels still OK,tried everything from new lnb ,changed cables ,ran cable directly to another box (worked OK) but can not get signal on humax ,changed to different ports on diseqc switch but still only detects 28e channels ,help please
