Eutlesat 16 in UK

Hello everyone

I would like to get Eutelast 16 East in Newcastle upon Tyne. If anyone please can tell me if I can. I have a small dish of 45cm x 60 cm. Can I get Eutelsat with this tiny dish or not? and what are the best frequencies to search for them in this satellite.

For the european beams your dish is borderline and probably requires 80cm min if its the african beam then not possible at all from uk
