Guessing (if its Eutel 25.5E) its on the MENA Beam:

with testing 100%% is not MENA Beam
i have very very good signal on badre mena better than nilesat
I m sure is on Badr-5 Ku-Band Central-Asia
tested by freinds on Qatar Bahrin UAE
and confirmed no signal in morocco algeria tunisia libya tested by friends
Flysat Wrong
you can ask anyone frome morocco , algeria tunisia and libya If they have a signal

Flysat not say this BeIn feed was on 25.5E the original poster did, I simply posted the 25.5E Footprints from flysat, but if its Badr5 at 26E:

Especially if as you say its prob on the Central Asia Beam then I have no chance of signal:
