My Dad's Technomate TM-6900 HD Combo looks like it is on it's way out (unless it can be repaired) as the picture keeps pixelating. It is definitely something to do with the receiver as we swapped it with my Uncles TM-6902 without replacing any other components and it his worked fine.
I have asked Technomate and where I bought the receiver about the cost to repair and am waiting to here back.
Currently looking at other receivers but don't want to pay £200 for a new TM-6902 (TM-6900 discontinued).
I was looking at the Technomate TM-5502 HD CI+ but I don't know if there is a Phantompatch for this HD model and if the softcam keys will work with it?
Anyone know if the Technomate TM-5502 HD CI+ is any good?
What are the best Motorised HD receivers out there at the moment which are DiSEqC compatible and can be used like the TM-6900 for CAS and Biss Keys, softcam etc? Needs to be DVB-S & DVB-S2, Single LNB to one TV via HDMI Cable.
