Are the golf feeds unstable for anyone, both on 7E and 10E the signal seems to be spiking and cutting out

Asian Country like " China/Japan/South korea/ Thailand / India Use their own Local Satellite for Sports Feed for local TV channel.if Not Upload in 100e.

Which other satellite do they use??

Like Not All South korea/ Chinese / Japanese football in 7E/10e/100e. Some of them are on Local sat .. but nobody knows.
