PowerVu EMU Plugin/Module OffLine TS

I'm using PowerVu EMU 3.71

I have decrypted a .TS file and it says it decrypted properly, but i cannot seem to play the outputted .TS file in any player, such as AVIdemux, or VLC etc.

What am i missing.
