To make it simpler for all of us I've made some modifications to permissions of certain user groups.
Changes are that members that don't have upload permissions can't open a new thread in forums which are dedicated for files. They can still reply in threads to comment on some file or something.
That's because discussion threads don't belong there and they just create us more work to move them. There are chat forums for everything we have on board.
For example people ask questions in diablo forum. But as you can see diablo forum is under "Cam files" which means only files are supposed to be there. Discussion should be held in Cam Chat forum.
Same goes for other forums like, mgcamd in dreambox section etc.
Anyway you'll see custom error message like shown in the attachments. It will only be shown to registered member that don't have upload permissions.
Another change is that new or old members with 0 posts can't make their first post in keys section any more as some of them try to.
They'll also get an error message explaining that.
