dead 270cn help please

is there a file on this site whot i down load tried the recovery tool of m vision site cant get it to open, box died today

sorted up running reloaded recovery tool

hi mate got it off the site had some fun though after loading it i had to change my mac address dont no if this is anything to do with last year, when had to change mac address one year on, the box had no signal &no quality had to flash it to get it back cheers 2colby
