dm500 hd clone ferrari sim,can connect cannot flash image

Hello,

A friend`s dm500hd i need to flash atm ,as described on title i can connect thru network and thru usb, but i cannot flash the image.

this is what i get from JapharFlasher v1.0:

what i have figured out so far is that there probably is a wrong second stage installed.what i haven`t figured so far is how to install a second stage,japhar only let`s me install .nfi files and the second stage files are .ipk format (i downloaded the 80_r1 from a thread on this site).
can some1 give me a step by step plus software needed to install that second stage files?

figured out that that japhar v1.0 cant support flashing 80# image so guess it`s a no go from that.also found out that to "change" the bootloader i need to telnet to the dm500hd and execute an opkg install *.ipk the bootloader .now what i m afraid on doing this is that i will brick it if the bootloader fails and won`t even be able to connect to try and salvage it without a working bootloader.also this is what i get from the firefox/information about model/bootloader version from the dm500hd:
