Hi i am after a good channel list for Europe Please for the F3 S** Box thanks

I have found a list on the net updated from 05/08/2016
unzip first
Make sure your USB is plugged in then navigate to;
> Menu > Tools > Upgrade by USB
> Change Upgrade Mode to "Misc File"
> Click on "Select and Upgrade"
> Select "TP_PROG.dbs" so it has a tick next to it then press yellow to "Upgrade by USB", this will update your STB
> Press info after this is finished and it should say OK next to TP_Prog.dbs. If it does not then you need to repeat the whole process
> Exit completely out , if the STB does not reboot itself then you have to do it manually.(via the power switch)
