Hi guys.

I recently replaced my tuner on the rear of the box.. I used to get VM channels through it but I did a factory restore and now I can only see the FTA channels... What am I doing wrong?

Can someone link me to a guide please so I can get the box up and running properly again?

by doing a factory reset you lost all your setting that use to give the channell.
if you have a backup of your old setting or complete backup of your box reinstall that.
