How to back up fireware to usb stick or hdd?

The image is OpenPli 4.0, and there is a plug named AutoBackUp,but it just automatic setting but not fireware backup.

can anyone please tell me how to backup fireware to usb stick or internal hdd ?

if dont have in plugin list ,so install one manually the back up plugin.
or in plugin menu press green key to load plugin and there serch for plugin you need.
from TSpanel och search in google for backup plugin for vu.

I had searched for it in plugin menu but there is nothing is what I need.

i think you just need usb put the firware/ image you want insert in vu+ and turn it on don't forget to klcik on power botton on the reciever..
