Does your tuner configuration in manual search looks like the same as in photo?
You have to be able to put the last three parameters to scann MiS channels(Input Stream ID,PLS Mode,PLS Code)
If you haven't that configuration the only you can do is wait September and upgrade yuor Dreambox with the new tuner that support MiS channels.
