i found this thanks to thomaz on a chinese clone forum and it was posted by there admin, i have not tested yet on my spare #70 sim.
Remove SIM card from receiver.
Connect usb card reader with sim to PC.
Open Sim_One_Tools and select reader.
Open file dm800-bf69to72.apd. There are 6 lines in it. Select each line one by one and send command to SIM.
