Default new to c-band need help!

so when i look at lyngsat or any other site, what channels can i receive ? are the powervu ones open via keys?

how big of dish is needed to get c-band?

i am looking for hd. all hd. Does anyone have a actual ch list of what works. I also heard that the ones that are itc on 97w aren't true hd they are like 480p? Just trying to understand whats open and whats not, and what is true hd and whats not.

I am in Texas and have a 10 ft dish with Cband, KU band and over the air antenna setup. What do you need?
