I think there is no any active channel on Yamal 402 for European beam.
You should check active frequencies from Northern beam.
There is only 4 active frequencies on that beam,
12522 V 27500 (DVBS2)
12531 H 2500 (DVBS2)
12715 V 7740
12732 V 9557 (DVBS2)
Requiered dish size for Northern beam and London is minimum 1,8 meters.

Only transponder I have found for Europe is 10961 Horizontal which has only shown horse racing feeds occasionally so far (Yamal Ad-Hoc HPol). Other transponder I receive quite strong is 12522 Vertical 27500. Only 3 channels fta here @9.8db 71% other two encrypted. Other Transponder which locks and finds on blind search is 12715 Vertical 7740 which locks in at 5db max but will not show any transmissions! Other than that just a glaring sniff of 2 more transponders but sig level too low to get a lock. This on motorised dish measuring 1 metre across.
