GP3 icvs CCcam Config

Seeing that many have problems installing the cam in icvs to gemini after they stopped cam download.
Have created a file with CCcam config files plus
After installing Gemini3 wizard executable file GP3_icvs_CCcam_Config.exe Boxen reboot then enter blupanel and setup-Cam and select CCcam.
