Didn't realize it had left 46°E, I've had it tuned in on 46°E since February :

Following most of the ZeonBud Russian package, including two RSCC C-Band channels at Express AM44 11°W encrypting in Roscrypt 2. The following 4 Channels have started FTA at 9°E:

Dom Kino
Vremja
Muzyka
Telecafe

they join Karusel Int @ 11919V 27500 which although scans as Viaccess Encrypted, has been FTA for some time.
