Hello I notice @ Eutelsat 16
Frequency; 11303 H 30000
Channel: HAYAT HD
it is transmitting in biss encryption add to that viaccess 51700
with CSA Rain table i can find active biss key but it is not clearing !!
any idea ?

at this frequency it is BISS encrypted only EFB1 channel (since last year).
HAYAT HD channel is only Viaccess encrypted (0500 - 051700) !
