Hey guys
What adapter do I need for reading the chips from such a module?
http://ow.ly/wOh430er4QD

It's an Atmel AT45DB161D-CU and a chip labelled as 200421A or B / CAP 100.
Last one: 13x13pins ( 169 balls full matrix ), 1,2mm x 1,2mm, pitch maybe 0.50mm (?).

Thx for any hints (also via pm)!

thx for first responses. do those jtag devices really read the pinout ball chips? The ATMEL and the unlabelled chip don't have any pins on the side.
The AT45DB161D-CU is not the same as the often meant AT45DB161D-SU version with pins. So I don't think the devices would connect to them, right?

Thx! Seems to be a device for a reasonable price. BUT: Do this adapter really read ball chips? Watching at those adapters, may they are some of those who read only chips with pins attached to the side?
