Legal action looms in Poland

The Polish national commercial broadcaster TV Puls is threatening to take Cyfrowy Polsat to court.
Quoted by Wirtualne Media, Dariusz Dabski, the president of TV Puls, said that this would happen if the two sides fail to reach an agreement on the station’s location on Cyfrowy Polsat’s EPG.
In January this year Cyfrowy Polsat announced that it would move TV Puls from 84 down to 157 in order to make room for its new proprietary channel Super Polsat.
However, TV Puls then lodged complaints with both the National broadcasting Council KRRiT and competition authority UOKiK.
These have yet to yield any results.
