Problem with playback recorded video

Hello.
I have trouble with playing recorded videos on Vu Solo 4k (I use an External HDD, formatted ext3/ext4)
After scrolling forwards or backwards and then clicking play - the sound goes, but the picture frezee.

video freeze

Did you find a fix. I have same problem with Blackhole 3.03H. Work around when video freeze press 1 on remote
