i mean when card is initializing message about maturity level. maybe oscam give a clue.

as we cant see your card config
i do think the reader for that card should be shown
it may show up an error
you may also need a dvbapi set for
0500:043800
and services too

Are you try with pincode on reader and also are you sure your card have this both channels in card subscription, because have 6 different adult viewing Cards.
Write full name of card where buy also provide oscam reader config.

Yes I have this 2 channels on the card I have had similar cards for last 5 years. I dony know my last card with these channels worked now this is a new card from December 2017 and something the provider have encrypted. The seller suggested a new viaccess cam. I dont want that.

If not work with above setting where i give you, only way to start work is to find from somewhere Viaccess cam and remove parental lock and again put card in oscam.
