I am trying to send the CCcam221_full_E2_bh tar file to my vu+duo box i have tried both filezilla and Vu control centre. Both show that the transfer to the tmp folder has been done and i can see the files in the windows but when i try to install the file on the box (green, yellow on remote - manual install)
I get the error message "nothing to install - you have to upload a bh.tgz package before to install Addons.
Yet when ftping into the tmp folder the file is there.
Has anyone else had this problem? or can anyone please help.
