Bit of a longshot Paul but I presume you have a reader for afn in your oscam.server file? I had the same issue as you (audio but no video) but adding the following to oscam.server fixed the problem after a reboot:

label = AFN
description = AFN-EMU

device = Emulator
caid = 0E00
detect = cd
group = 1
emmcache = 1,5,31,1

For those who can't get AFN to work again - just go to readers and select 'emulator' of 'afn' reader and click 'save' without making any changes. This way the reader is cleaned of unnecessary entries from the previous versions which makes it work again. This way 'ecm whitelist' is removed.

I have a valid EMM, keys come but without video and audio from SAT. Maybe with stream relay is OK?

Log looks good. Do you use Dreambox? I use Dreambox 8000 without stream relay. Must be emu reader set to cacheex = 1.

the available oscam 11424 r777 not install on my dm800hd
i tried all mipsel mipseo20 openpli40 dreamboxfpu when i transfer oscam to usr/bin its changes its size from 700 or 800 kb to 1458088 and not run oscam
old version 11421 working ok
please help

Will try this tonight on dm900, can’t believe it was effortless on older dm800 but turned into a nightmare for the newer box.
