white sky card for free channel stop working

hi i got a dreambox 8000 hd the channels you get with free view white card sony movie and sony channel all working fine to the firm ware update firmware 4.0.18 newnigma2 been on there web page no help . has any one got any ideas or tell wat other image that i can use please
