DVB-S2/8PSK
SR-30000
FEC-5/6

test 60 Mbps UHD in 4:2:2 (feed for SPORT TV1 UHD)
Can somebody please let me know what CPU/GPU is required to be able to watch something like this? I mean UHD, 4:2:2 and extremely high bitrate at the same time.
Thanks for letting me know as I am about to get myself a new computer.

6core Ryzen would be more than enough- get an 8core just to be safe :D. Old i7 4c/8t are not enough sadly

Something like AMD Ryzen 5 1600?
I believe it does not have integrated graphics. Wouldn't it be better if it had?

By the way, as for graphics card. Would Radeon Vega 8 be good enough for UHD 4:2:2 with high bitrate?
Would it be better than Intel's HD 630 built in their CPU's?

You'll need cores for the feeds. Barney has an FX cpu with 8 (fake) cores and he had trouble with 20+mbps br Speedway feeds. I think he bought a gtx 1080 for feeds but didn't help much since the cpu is wank.
Ryzen 2400g and 2200g are the only ones with the vega gpu but they're both too weak for feeds - both 4core
Get a ryzen 6/12 and a cheap gpu that supports hevc decoding - gtx 1030?
Im using a xeon 4/8 paired with 1070 and have trouble watching 4k 60mbps feeds - cpu's at 95%

Here's a sample of a 4k-60mbps feedhttps://mega.nz/#!NxlxFQ4I!5T0JRWEAct9LgvfAQaJcuPyi12y5MopBZPTMMsdht3U

What do you mean CPU 100/50?
By the way, RX 580 is too expensive. I would aim at something half the price of it (GT 1030?) but CPU can be a little more expensive than yours.

I understand this video shows UHD 4:2:2 using a Xeon 4/8 paired with GT 1070.
By the way, is it true that with 4:2:2 it is the CPU that does much more work than graphics card?
