Oscam issues on one vps but fine on another vps

Hi. I'm using oscam r11270 on a vps running that's running ubuntu 14.04. Ever since 2 weeks ago, approximately every 20 minutes, oscam stops handling requests. When this happens, the only way to get oscam to handle requests is to terminate oscam and restart it again. 20 minutes later, oscam stops again. I've been using the same oscam configs for years and never had a problem until 2 weeks ago. I tried migrating oscam and the same configs to another vps and no issues there. So far, it has been 4 days and oscam hasn't missed a beat. All requests are being served.

Has anyone ever had issues running oscam with certain vps's? Any reasons as to why oscam is giving issues with one vps but not the other?
