Good signal on this transponder and efb 1 coming in as unknown key on tm which usually means biss, rest in nagra apart from nta which is fta.

No, looks like Your receiver has downloaded EPG from 11,477 GHz, pol. H for Buzz-R/18 channel. It has got same SID, so Your receiver showed wrong EPG.

Channels are used for Intralot TV services (extension of channels in BISS from 9°E).

Nagra CAID used for Italy 1, Italy 4 and EFB Ch. 2 is same as Italy Temp from 9°E.
