It might be worth checking hispasat again for PLS, there are some frequencies that have a strong carrier, but I don't get a lock on it.

These ones I find quite suspicious:

This wouldn't surprise me. There are several of the Spanish regional DVB-T channels that are not being fed by Abertis on 11342H, 12671V etc.

They could be using PLS instead, just like Castila La Mancha on 11491V that was found earlier this year!

Also maybe Portuguese DVB-T.

These are data channels 16APSK ACM/VCM, lock on them is easy without PLS.

@dvlajkovic: ok, that's really strange, with tbs 6903 + updatedvb I get no lock so far with my 1.2m dish.
Only on 10850V 29998 there's a lock for me.
Which dish size do you have?

OK then it is just my dish that is probably too small for 16apsk.

I will extend my search on hispasat to other frequencies

It's PLS without MIS like CLM TV, however it seems they changed PLS, CLM TV is still working.
