Update for Glamour X-Infinity skin to version 4.1
MAIN CHANGES
1. Full support for Dream Elite 1.3.3 for VU+ DUO receivers
2. Added skinned screens for the Usb Tuner Panel
Note: version 4.1 is only compatible with Dream Elite 1.3.3 and it is available in three versions
i. For VUDUO (bundle version) it contains BOTH the full and delite version of the skin (choose in the Skin Selector)
