TVP Kultura

Any chance to get poland TV channel TVP Kultura other than Hotbird? Unfortunately Hotbird signal at 11488H 27500 is encrypted and freezes too much in my setup. I'm interesting in next Chopin Piano Competition in Warsaw, looking for other possible TVP Kultura reception on other satellites or more TV channels with total broadcast of this musical event. Any information is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
