Digitalbox Producer receiver DigitalBox Europe in late November to present a new HDTV receiver under the name Imperial HD 2 Basic.
Device processing DVB-S, DVB-S2 HDTV compression standard and MPEG-4 H.264. Through the internal scaler scaliraju the PAL signals to the max. 1080. Via USB 2.0 port device can record TV content on external media and then play them.
Imperial HD 2 Basic Receiver has space for 4000 TV and radio programs, 8 bookmark lists, 8 timer places, Videotext and protection of children. From the port there are HDMI, Scart and optical digital output. Energy consumption in standby mode is less than 1 W.
The model comes in silver and black, and the price is about 130 euros.
