Mosc = modified original smard card.
Once an original card has expired, its entitlements can be renewd via special "techniques"...

i have an tricolor card, belka
->[dre-reader] type: DRE Crypt, caid: 4AE1, serial: B0B8xxxx, dre id: 25131204xxxx, geocode 255, card: Tricolor Centr v2.4
[dre-reader] Provider name: TricolorTV.
[dre-reader] SA = B0000xxx, UA = B0B87xxx
[dre-reader] active package 0 valid from 2012/12/29 to 2013/12/29

I want to change it to skylink 23,5 or cslink est or other CW provider ?
Can anybody help me?

blue-Yellow&red cards hae been good for some years but are nothing now,no more seeing paytv with smartcards they are all over!!
