Hi I bought an iss 80cm 2 weeks ago and when it arrived the hole on the dish face, that bolts to the back plate did not fit. So I phoned iss and the very rudely said I did not know what I was doing. So I took so photos to email them.
They agreed we had the wrong back plate, they then sent out another back plate that is supposed to fit my dish.
But no the second back plate is bigger than the first one, but still does not fit!!!
So now I have finally got iss to agree to refund my money. After 3 weeks of hassle.
Sorted the dish my self by buying a Technomate dish.
