MgCamd (on ccam server) - how to 'priority' C+France HD for via CAID?

I saw the extended ccam priority file if using ccam as emulator.
Unfortunatelly I cannot/don't know how use ccam emulator but mgcamd running on ccam server (on my IPbox 900HD)..
The corresponding priority.lst file is much simpler e.g.:

Is it possible to add viaccess CAID for C+France HD?
Something like V: {05 00} does not help my case yet, the C+HD France channels are not opening being supressed by an inactive Seca CAID...

if someone has an idea and is do-able..

Could somehow be possible to transfer CCcam.prio within priority.lst of mgcamd?
Or maybe to insert all the 'wrong' CAIDs of C+HDFrance within ignore.lst?
