Vu Skin Modifier utility / program

The two skins I like are the Black-Blue-HD skin and the enigma2-plugin-skin-dmconcinnity Classic font for pli image. Is there a simple way where I could replace the info screen on the Black-Blue-HD skin with the enigma2-plugin-skin-dmconcinnity Classic font info screen.
A program or utility program would be good. Suggestios please

Thanks for the suggestion and have downloaded the program. Have to load the Black-Blue-HD skin into it so I can edit it. Its going to be a learning curve.
