Help please im going bald

I have had an oscam server running for a few years only for family.

A few days ago i reboot my modem and my server went down to external clients but local was ok.

I checked my dynamic dns and was ok.
I have check port forward and it's ok

I put the router into modem mode to bypass Any blocked ports or firewall still no good
I opened webif to external ip and port 8888 can't connect
Can't get 16001 on cccam

I have been on phone to virgin they sent me a new modem and I did the above all over again still nothing

Fresh install vix same config - nothing
Fresh install atv 6 same config - nothing
Tried new config on above and nothing

I am now lost as to what I can do. I have checked the ports and they are showing as open but nothing is connecting.

Im hoping there is something one of you have come across.
