struggling with mgcamd 135a and bulat

I recently had to reflash my DM500.

Unfortunately my back up was taken before I had Bulsat working on it.
I've been trying to patch the MGCamd and add keys from the key section.
I just cannot get it to work this time.

Can someone please confirm which patch version I should use?
I have a clone box (actually a Protek) and it's running a Gemini4.6 image.

Also, in all the instructions they say "run changemod to 755". Is tht just a case of checking the attributes of the config file and ensureing they are 755? Or is there something else I need to do?

Any help would be really appreciated as I'm pulling my hair out. And of course its all the more frustrating because I had this all sorted a few months back before having to re-flash my box!

As a matter of interest...you said I should use the zip version in your link. But that one is the non "a" version.
Is that correct?

Anyway, I tried that and then the rar version and couldn't get it.
