Vegetarian channel for Russia

A new Russian channel dedicated to vegetarianism will make its debut on July 25.
According to Satkurier and Telesat News the service, named First Vegetarian, will start test transmissions two months earlier and be offered throughout the CIS.
Besides being distributed by the DTH platform operator Orion, employing Horizons 2 at 85.2 degrees East, it will also be available online at 1veg-tv.ru and on YouTube.
The channel, which will be the first of its kind in Russia, says it will be “of interest to vegetarians, vegans, raw foodists, and anyone interested in healthy eating and a healthy lifestyle”.
