Why i can't open new threads

I'm trying to open new threads on Dvb Drivers / codec

but it tell me i'm not authorized or i need to be activated, but my name is in DARK and not grey and i activated my account so i think.

Can you help me ?

No mate, your account it's OK,

but in that section "registered users" can't open new thread,

for chat use Chat Section, thx.

If you have some file for there, use Public Upload, thx.
